I provide consulting services to leaders and groups committed to improving their programs and communities. Consulting services can be administered through hourly rates, project deliverables, and retainers depending upon each client’s needs.

With training in Leadership That Works’ Coaching for Transformation, I apply those skills and provide leadership coaching to help individuals reach their full potential and guide them through professional and personal crossroads and challenges and leadership development opportunities. I work in partnership with clients to explore what’s possible, identify strategies, and reach their goals.
training & Facilitation
I work with community based organizations by building their programmatic, leadership, and development capacity. Trainings and facilitations include team retreats, coalition building, and project management. All trainings and facilitations can be adapted to an online environment.
